Booking Terms
These are general website policies. The accepted written quote or event agreement controls the specific menu, price, schedule and service for each booking.
Quotes and pricing
Website prices are starting estimates and may change based on guest count, menu selections, meat or ingredient costs, travel, equipment, setup, staffing, taxes and special requests. A written quote will describe what is included. Unless stated otherwise, a quote may be revised or withdrawn before booking.
Guest count and event details
The customer is responsible for providing accurate event details. Final guest count, location, serving time, menu and service requirements must be confirmed by the deadline stated in the quote or agreement. Changes are subject to availability and may change the price.
Payments and deposits
Any deposit, payment schedule, accepted payment method and balance due date will be listed in the written quote or event agreement. A date is not reserved until the stated booking requirements are completed. Unless the written agreement says otherwise, payments already applied to purchased ingredients, committed labor or nonrecoverable costs may not be refundable.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Cancellation and rescheduling terms will be included in the written quote or agreement. Refunds, credits or transfer of payments depend on notice, costs already incurred and whether the date can be rebooked. Butlers BBQ may propose a reasonable change or cancellation when severe weather, illness, equipment failure, unsafe conditions, supply problems or events beyond reasonable control prevent safe performance.
Service area, access and venue requirements
Travel and service availability depend on the event location. The customer must provide safe, timely and lawful access to the venue and disclose parking, stairs, loading restrictions, venue rules, utility limitations and other conditions that could affect delivery, setup or service. Additional time, travel, parking or access costs may be added when disclosed in the quote or approved by the customer.
Food allergies and dietary requests
Customers must disclose food allergies and dietary requirements before booking. Butlers BBQ will confirm whether a requested accommodation can be offered, but cannot guarantee an allergen-free preparation environment or prevent all cross-contact. Customers are responsible for communicating relevant food information to their guests.
Food handling and leftovers
Once food is delivered, picked up, served or released to the customer or venue, the customer is responsible for timely service, temperature control, storage and safe handling except during any period specifically covered by staffed service. Perishable food should not be left at unsafe temperatures. Leftover packaging, handling and responsibility will be addressed based on the selected service.
Menu substitutions
Reasonable substitutions may be necessary because of ingredient availability, quality, seasonality or supply disruption. Butlers BBQ will communicate material substitutions whenever practical.
Damage, conduct and safety
Butlers BBQ may stop or decline service when conditions are unsafe, unlawful, abusive or materially different from what was disclosed. The customer is responsible for damage caused by the customer, guests or venue to equipment supplied by Butlers BBQ, ordinary wear excepted.
Photos and publicity
Butlers BBQ will not intentionally use identifiable photographs of customers or private-event guests for advertising without permission. Permission for food, setup or event photographs may be addressed separately.
Website information
Website descriptions, menus and pricing may be updated. Typographical errors do not create a binding offer. The accepted written quote or event agreement controls if it conflicts with the website.
